Critiques have always been available as a registration add-on, but now, we're offering stand-alone written critiques from select Industry Engagement Day faculty!

How it Works

  • You upload up to 8 pages of a manuscript for critique by Wednesday, Sept. 30 at noon CT.
  • You receive written feedback (both big-picture comments and in-line comments) by the week of October 26. 
  • If faculty requests to see a revision, you'll get special instructions on sending that submission.
  • PLEASE NOTE: This option is for a critique only and does NOT include any Industry Engagement Day replays. If you'd like all the replays and submission opportunities from all attending faculty post-event, you can register here. 


Our last Industry Engagement Day yielded a 35% request rate—more than 15 times the industry average of 2% - 5%. Over the years, we've seen numerous requests to see more from our talented authors, resulting in multiple book deals and agent offers.

Please note that faculty is subject to change. TWB makes every attempt to keep changes to a minimum, but faculty are contractor humans and sometimes the unexpected happens.
